Founded in 2009, OASIS is Northeast Florida's GLBT Community Center! We are here to meet the growing educational and service needs of the community. We are centrally housed in a two story multi-use facility in downtown Jacksonville. We have programs that include exercise, health, addiction support, and education. We are are a non-profit, charitable organization and contributions are tax deductible under section 501(c)(3) of the United States tax code.

Our Mission is simple, direct, and encompassing. OASIS, The GLBT Center of Northeast Florida, is committed to providing support services, programs, and a safe gathering space for GLBT people, while striving to create and sustain a population who can be open, honest, as well as safe at home, at work and in the community. As part of a broader human rights movement, we are dedicated to working toward the creation of a nation that respects the diversity of human expression, and identifies and creates opportunity for all.
